How to Make Chilli Lime Crunch Salmon Salad
Method
- Heat the oven grill and line a baking tray with foil. See optional note below for additional ways to cook the salmon fillets.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper and place on prepared tray. Grill the salmon for 6-8 minutes or until just cooked. Transfer to a plate and allow to cool.
- Remove the skin and any dark flesh. Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- Place salad in a large serving bowl. Squeeze half a lime into the sald and toss together. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Top with the salmon pieces. Drizzle with the pack’s dressing and sprinkle with the provided dried noodles. Serve with remaining lime wedges.
Optional: If you want to bake the salmon fillets, place in a preheated oven and bake for 9-14 minutes or to your liking. If you want to try the salmon in a pan, cook it skin-side down for 4 minutes and then turn and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
