How to make Edible Moss
Method
- In a mixing bowl combine egg and sugar. Whisk until light and fluffy. Add honey and green powder.
- Sift flour and baking powder. Mix until a smooth batter.
- Using 3 separate, microwave-safe mugs, place 2½ tablespoons of mixture into each mug and cook at 1000W for approximately 50 seconds.
- Turn the mugs over to the cooling rack and let them cool completely.
- Once they have cooled and ready are to use, tear the spongey cake moss to desired pieces.
