Decadent Cherry Surprise

Method 

1. Pour cherries into a strainer placed over a mixing bowl to keep liquour
2. Divide one third of the cherries between the glasses
3. Whip the cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form
4. Divide half of the cream between the glasses and layer on top of the cherries
5. Break up two (2) muffins into a mixing bowl
6. Divide the muffin mix between the glasses and layer on top of the cream
7. Spoon two tablespoons of the cherry liquour over the muffin layer in the glasses
8. Divide half of the remaining cherries between the glasses and layer over the muffin
9. Divide remaining cream between the glasses and layer over the cherries
10. Divide remaining cherries betweeen the glasses and layer over the cream
11. Using a sharp knife, shave the back of the block of chocolate and sprinkle the swirls on the cherries.
