How to Make Coco Puff Peanut Butter Slice
Method
- Line slice tin with baking paper.
- Add dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl, mix to combine.
- Add honey and coconut oil to a small saucepan over low heat. Mix until combined and oil has melted.
- Add peanut butter to honey mixture, stir until combined. Bring to a light simmer, remove from heat.
- Add peanut butter mixture to dry ingredients and mix well until combined.
- Tip into the lined tin and press down with spatula.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes, remove and create lines for slicing. Refrigerate overnight or until set.
- Cut and enjoy!
*For a nuttier flavour and texture use crunchy peanut butter.
