Freezing spinach can be done in a variety of ways. The quickest and easiest way to freeze baby spinach is freezing your leaves fresh and whole in a zip lock bag. Just be sure squeeze any air out!

If you’ve purchased your leaves loose, be sure to keep your leaves in a plastic zip lock bag or container. If stored correctly and unopened, your baby spinach should last up to 10 days in the fridge.
