How to make Puppy Love Hearts
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
- Cook half a cup of dry rice as per packet instructions. This will make 1½ cups of cooked rice.
- Place chicken mince, cooked rice, whisked eggs, grated carrot and chopped parsley into a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Spoon mixture into a heart-shaped, silicone mould and press in tight.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool then pop out of mould.
Recipe tip: Can be kept in the fridge for 5 days or stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Optional: Egg shell powder can also be added to these biscuits.
