How to make Japanese Rice Balls
Method
- MIcrowave the brown rice and Jasmin rice and add to large mixing bowl. Add in 1/4 cup chicken stock and stir in with fork.
- Allow to cool and absorb liquid. Then fluff rice slightly with fork.
- Mix the cooked rice with 2-3 of the suggested fillings of your choice.
- Roll into small bite-sized balls and place into cupcake patty cases.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge and use as needed.
