How to make Kiwi Fruit Breakfast Parfait
Method
- Use mini trifle cups (or any wide-mouthed, 250ml glass or small bowls of your choice).
- Pour the granola or muesli into the bottom of the serving cup or bowl.
- Cut kiwi fruit into thick slices, then quartered into cubes.
- Top with half of the yogurt and spread evenly.
- Top with half of the kiwi fruit.
- Add an additional layer of both yogurt and kiwi fruit.
- Finish with 3 blackberries for each, then top with mint for garnish.
- Serve immediately.
