How to make Kiwi Fruit Breakfast Parfait

Method

  1.  Use mini trifle cups (or any wide-mouthed, 250ml glass or small bowls of your choice). 
  2. Pour the granola or muesli into the bottom of the serving cup or bowl.
  3. Cut kiwi fruit into thick slices, then quartered into cubes. 
  4. Top with half of the yogurt and spread evenly. 
  5. Top with half of the kiwi fruit. 
  6. Add an additional layer of both yogurt and kiwi fruit. 
  7. Finish with 3 blackberries for each, then top with mint for garnish. 
  8. Serve immediately.
