How to Make a Melon Smoothie Bowl
Method:
- Peel and cut the bananas into 3cm pieces. Place in a single layer on a baking tray along with the berries. Freeze for 6 hours, overnight or until frozen.
- When ready to serve, wash rockmelon and cut in half. Remove seeds. Place frozen banana pieces, berries and yogurt in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- Spoon frozen smoothie mixture into the melon halves. Sprinkle with the muesli and dried cranberries.
- Garnish with edible flowers, if using. Serve any excess smoothie in a separate bowl or freeze in an air-tight, plastic container.
