How to make Snowman Cupcakes

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Prepare and bake vanilla cupcakes as per packet instructions. Let cool. Make vanilla icing as per packet instructions, then set aside. 
  2. Spread icing on top of cupcakes and place marshmallows on top as desired (use a little icing to stick marshmallows together).
  3. To make your snowmen, sprinkle some desiccated coconut over the iced cupcakes, for the ‘snow’. Melt dark chocolate in 20 second bursts in microwave. Use either a piping bag or sandwich bag and pour in the melted chocolate. Cut off end/corner and pipe where desired on cupcakes and marshmallows to create a snowman look. Add desired sprinkles for nose and buttons. 

Tip: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
