Loaded Leftover Vegetables and Turkey Bake Recipe

How to make Loaded Leftover Vegetables and Turkey Bake

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C for-fan forced).
  2. Place the roast potatoes in the base of a roasting dish.
  3. Slice stuffing balls into halves or quarters (depending on the size of the stuffing balls you use).
  4. Pile the vegetables, turkey, stuffing balls and roast onions op top of potatoes. Scatter over the cheese. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes (if the cheese starts burning, cover loosely with tin foil).
  5. In the meantime, gently heat up any leftover gravy.
  6. When everything is completely heated through, serve immediately, with the gravy and cranberry sauce.

Tip: As this is a leftover recipe, you can add any leftover roast meat you have to this dish, so nothing goes to waste.
