How to Make Turkey Cucumber Bites

Method

  1. Pat cucumber slices dry.
  2. Spread cucumber slices with cream cheese.
  3. Top each slice with one slice turkey, folded into small pieces to sit on top of the cucumber slice.
  4. Top with a leaf of parsley (and one slice jalapeño, optional).

Enjoy as a snack or for entertaining.
