How to make a Gin Fudge
Method
- Line a square baking tin with baking paper and set aside. Break up the chocolate.
- Place chunks into a large, heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water – make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
- Stir the chocolate gently until it is half melted, add the condensed milk and mix into the melting chocolate. Remove from heat.
- Sieve the icing sugar and fold into the mix.
- Add the gin and half the zest and combine.
- Pour into a 20cm square baking tin, lined with baking paper. Sprinkle over the remaining zest and allow to cool.
- Refrigerate overnight then cut into squares.
- Enjoy!
