Leprechaun Charcuterie Board Recipe

How to make a Leprechaun Charcuterie Board
Method
- You will need a large rectangular platter for your leprechaun.
- Peel carrots and cut into slices for the beard. Cut 2 pieces into thin fingers for eyebrows.
- Cut cucumber ends off and slice 2 circles for eyes, before cutting the remaining cucumber into thick fingers for the hat.
- Place blueberries along the horizontal slice of cucumber to make the base of the hat. Put a piece of cheese that has had the middle cut out, in a rectangular shape, to use for the hat buckle.
- Slice through a whole green capsicum and cut a small floret from a broccoli head to use for the flower on the side of hat. Use the image as a guide to assemble the leprechaun.
- Spread the hummus dips around the middle of the plate, leaving room around the edges to place the crackers.
- Overlay the carrots for his beard, use the cherry tomato for his nose, 2 cucumber circles and 2 blueberries for eyes, mini yellow peppers for moustache and 2 small slices of carrot for the eyebrows.
