How to Make Mango & Coconut Ice Delight
Method
- Peel mangoes and remove flesh from stone.
- Place mango flesh in blender. Add yoghurt, coconut milk and honey. Puree until smooth.
- Pour into ice-block moulds and place paddle pop stick into centre.
- Place in freezer for 4-6 hours or until solid.
- Remove from mould. Serve frozen.
