How to Make Peach, Nectarine and Honey Granita
Method
- Place mango juice, peach, nectarine, honey and lemon juice in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Place into a 2 litre plastic container (or similar) and freeze for 8-10 hours.
- Every 2 hours, remove from freezer and scrape mixture with a fork to break up and make crystals. Repeat this until the mixture is frozen and with the texture of shaved ice.
- Just before serving, scrape again with a fork. Spoon granita in chilled glasses and top with sliced peach and nectarine to serve.
