How to make Salted Coconut and Mango Gelato Sliders

Method

  1. Add mango, coconut cream, sugar, lime juice and salt together in a high-powered blender or smoothie maker. Pulse/blend until very smooth.
  2. Add to your ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Transfer to a freezer-safe container. Freeze for a further few hours or until scoopable
  4. Take out of the freezer 5 minutes before serving, or until soft enough to scoop. 
  5. Scoop into balls and serve in brioche buns with a sprinkling of toasted coconut flakes.
