How to Make Carrot Energy Juice
Method
- Trim the tops and ends from carrots. Cut the carrots into chunks and set aside.
- Remove skin from pineapple and cut into chunks. Set aside.
- Slice apple, remove core and seeds. Add apple to juicer, along with pineapple and carrots.
- Add mint leaves.
- Juice and serve over ice. Consume immediately.
Tip: Try adding ginger and/or beetroot for more of a vitamin hit.
Note: To save for later, pour into a lidded bottle and store in the fridge, to consume later.
