How to make a Coconut Green Smoothie
Method
- Wash and roughly chop cucumber, with skin on.
- Peel, core and roughly chop pears.
- Chop celery stick into small pieces (you can keep the stringy parts on for smoothies).
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with strawberries and mint leaves.
Tip: Add more pear or a handful of berries if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
