How to make a Coconut Green Smoothie

Method

  1. Wash and roughly chop cucumber, with skin on.
  2. Peel, core and roughly chop pears.
  3. Chop celery stick into small pieces (you can keep the stringy parts on for smoothies).
  4. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with strawberries and mint leaves.

Tip:  Add more pear or a handful of berries if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
