How to Make a Mango, Almond & Honey Breakfast Smoothie

Method

  1. Peel and chop mango and place in blender with skim milk, yogurt, almond meal, Maca powder and honey.
  2. Add a few ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Divide evenly between 2 glasses
