How to Make a Mango, Almond & Honey Breakfast Smoothie
Method
- Peel and chop mango and place in blender with skim milk, yogurt, almond meal, Maca powder and honey.
- Add a few ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Divide evenly between 2 glasses
