How to make Melon, Mango and Ginger Smoothie
Method
- Chop the ginger into small chunks. If using fresh mango, remove skin and seed and slice into chunks.
- Place frozen berries, mango, ginger, yogurt, coconut water and ice into blender.
- Blitz until smooth. Pour into serving glasses, garnish with mint leaves and mango slices and enjoy.
Tip: Enjoy all year round! Substitute fresh mango for frozen mango pieces.
Optional: Add mint leaves into the mix when you blend, for a fresh twist.
