How to make a Tropica Exotica

Method

1. Clean and peel the fresh pineapple and cut into slices. Cut into half and slit halfway throuh the middle, so that you can add it to the glass.
2. Place the pineapple juice, coconut water and lime juice into a small jug and stir to combine.
3. Pour over ice cubes
4. Serve with fresh pineapple slices, inserted onto the rim of glass.
