How to Make Carrot and Zucchini Zoodle Face
Method
- Hard boil egg and set aside. Once cooled. Remove the yolk and gently slice into 4 x thick slices. Chop the slice of capsicum into small pieces. Set aside.
- Heat frypan to medium heat. Sauté chopped mushrooms in 1 tablespoon olive oil, until just browning. Add yogurt and lemon juice and heat through. Set aside.
- Split the mushrooms between the base of the two bowls. Crumble in the whites of the hard boilled eggs, between the two bowls.
- Warm zucchini and carrot noodles in microwave. Stir trhough olive oil
- Then make two faces, using finely chopped spiralised zucchini for the face. Add spiralised carrots for the hair.
- Add the 2 x slices of hard boiled eggs for the eyes. Add s pice of the chopped capsicum to each eye.
- Lay out the small pieces of capsicum for the mouth.
- Serve immediately.
