How to Make Dracula Baby Mandarin Chocolate Treats
Method
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together coconut oil, cacao powder and maple syrup until smooth.
- Working quickly, dip half of each mandarin segment in chocolate and lay flat on your baking sheet. Continue until all remaining segments are used.
- Sprinkle with topping of choice. Or decorate to make "ghost-faces". To do this, use a bamboo skewer and dip into melted chocolate to create the eyes and mouth on each mandarin segment.
- Place in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes, or until chocolate has hardened.
- To serve: skewer each segment through with a bamboo skewer and place into an orange, so each mandarin "ghost' stands up straight and tall.
