How to make Witch Fingers
Method
- Line a large tray with baking paper. Place chocolate in a bowl over a pot of simmering water, being careful not to let the water touch the bottom of the bowl. Add coconut oil and heat until chocolate and oil are melted and combined.
- Remove bowl from heat. Add green powder. Mix until all combined.
- Using a spoon drizzle chocolate mixture over ⅔ of the pastry twist, allowing excess chocolate to drain back into bowl. Place onto prepared tray.
- On one side of almond, gently cut until flat. Place almond at the top of the chocolate-covered twist. Repeat.
- Cover and place in fridge until chocolate is set. Put into a sealed container until required. Can be made up to 2 days before.
