How to Make a Classic Creamy Chicken Roll

Method

  1. Wash and core lettuce. Wash and ‘peel’ celery sticks. Finely chop celery sticks and set aside.   
  2. Place shredded chicken and mayonnaise in a bowl. Gently combine. Add chopped celery, dill and onion to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and gently mix into combine.
  3. Slice break rolls in half and butter both sides. Or you can add a small amount of mayonnaise onto the bread, if preferred.
  4. Lay 2 lettuce leaves on each roll. Top each roll with chicken mix. 
  5. Add top of roll and serve

Tip: You can use any leftover chicken in place of the chicken breast pieces.
