How to Make Cucumber and Mango Chow
Method
- Thinly slice the onion into rings and place in a mixing bowl. Add crushed garlic, chilli, lime juice and salt.
- Peel and slice the mangoes.
- Halve the cucumber lengthways and scoop out seeds. Thinly slice the cucumber and add to the onion mixture along with the mango.
- Cover and place in fridge for 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, season with black pepper and sprinkle with coriander.
