Ham Bruschetta Recipe
How to make Ham Bruschetta
Method:
- Grill sourdough bread on a griddle pan or BBQ. Place the sliced leg ham on the warm, grilled sourdough bread.
- Top the ham with sliced fig and brie cheese.
- Top with toasted walnuts and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Serve warm or cold, for lunch or as a pre-dinner snack or entrée.
