Ham Bruschetta Recipe

How to make Ham Bruschetta

Method:

  1. Grill sourdough bread on a griddle pan or BBQ. Place the sliced leg ham on the warm, grilled sourdough bread.
  2. Top the ham with sliced fig and brie cheese.
  3. Top with toasted walnuts and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  4. Serve warm or cold, for lunch or as a pre-dinner snack or entrée.
