How to make Roasted Chickpeas with Parmesan and Paprika

Method

  1. Preheat oven 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a baking try with baking paper.
  2. Drain, rinse and pat dry chickpeas with paper towel. Let sit to dry completely.
  3. Place chickpeas in a bowl with paprika, cumin, olive oil and toss. Place on lined tray and cook in oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove and allow to cool sightly, then toss parmesan cheese through.
  5. Serve warm.
