How to make Roasted Chickpeas with Parmesan and Paprika
Method
- Preheat oven 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a baking try with baking paper.
- Drain, rinse and pat dry chickpeas with paper towel. Let sit to dry completely.
- Place chickpeas in a bowl with paprika, cumin, olive oil and toss. Place on lined tray and cook in oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool sightly, then toss parmesan cheese through.
- Serve warm.
