How to make Spicy Thai Banana Chips

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Peel and slice the banana into 2cm slices. Melt the coconut oil and allow to cool slightly. Toss the sliced banana with the melted coconut oil.
  3. Add fish sauce and sugar into the mix and gently toss through the bananas.
  4. Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until desired crunch is achieved.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Sprinkle chilli flakes and julienned kaffir lime leaves before serving.
