How to make Spicy Thai Banana Chips
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Peel and slice the banana into 2cm slices. Melt the coconut oil and allow to cool slightly. Toss the sliced banana with the melted coconut oil.
- Add fish sauce and sugar into the mix and gently toss through the bananas.
- Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until desired crunch is achieved.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool. Sprinkle chilli flakes and julienned kaffir lime leaves before serving.
