How to Make Roasted Grapes with Grilled Fetta and Thyme
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (or 180°C for fan forced ovens). Line large aking try with baking paper.
- Place the fetta in the middle of baking tray. Place the grapes around the cheese, leaving a gap for the air to circulate.
- Tuck the rosemary under the grapes. Sprinkle the oil and chilli (if using) on the grapes and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the grapes are blistered and coloured. Serve hot.
Tip: You can pick the grapes off the stem before cooking, or roast as a whole vine.
