How to Make Thai Beef Salad
Method
- Brush both sides of steaks with oil and season with salt. Heat a barbecue or chargrill pan.
- Cook the steaks for 3-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
- Transfer to a plate and lightly cover with foil. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.
- Place salad in a large serving bowl. Add the packet crispy onions and dressing and toss together. Season with salt and cracked pepper, if desired.
- Thinly slice the steak and place on top of the salad.
- Squeeze half of the lemon over the top, if desired. Sprinkle with the packet dried noodles. Serve with lemon wedges (optional).
