Ingredients
- 200g individual red grapes, frozen
- 400ml Inner Goodness almond milk
- 1 ripe banana, sliced thickly
- Fresh grapes on toothpicks, to serve
Method
- Wash and completely dry the red grapes. Lay onto a tray, lined with baking paper and freeze for 3 hours.
- Into a blender, blitz frozen grapes, almond milk and banana in a high-powered blender or smoothie maker, until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve with fresh grapes on toothpicks, as garnish.
Tip: Freeze grapes individually. They can be frozen the day ahead.
Optional: Swap out almond milk for rice milk, soy milk or oat milk.
