Air Fryer Pork Chops with Garlic Butter Recipe
How to make Air Fryer Pork Chops with Garlic Butter
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
- Pat pork dry with paper towel.
- Rub pork on both sides with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place pork into air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes depending on thickness, until golden and just cooked through.
- Meanwhile make the garlic butter drizzle. Melt butter in a small frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Swirl butter around the pan, leave to cook and bubble for 1 minute.
- Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds.
- Stir in lemon juice and thyme or dried herbs. Cook for 1 minute.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon over the chops and serve with your favourite side dish.
Tip: There’s no need to turn the pork during air frying. Allowing the pork chops to rest after cooking keeps them moist and more tender.
