How to make Beef Steak with Zesty Mustard and Rosemary Marinade
Method
- In a small bowl, mix garlic, mustard, rosemary leaves, lemon zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Reserve some of the marinade, to serve. Marinate both sides of your steak, place in a bowl and cover with cling film and place in fridge for 2 hours minimum.
- Cook steak to your liking and serve with additional marinade on the side or over the steak, when serving.
Tip: Use it to slather over beef, lamb or chicken. Can be made ahead of time.
