How to make Pork Chops with Brown Sugar, Chilli and Lime Glaze
Method
- Heat saucepan on medium heat with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Dice onion, chilli and mince garlic. Add to saucepan, cook until soft.
- Add all remaining ingredients to pan and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly. Brush onto the pork chops and let marinate for maximum of 3 hours.
- Heat frypan, cook chops to your liking and drizzle with additional glaze before serving.
- Garnish with coriander.
Tip: This glaze is very versatile. It can be used as a marinade or glaze.
